We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor and join our team. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, duly licensed and registered. * Minimum 10 years of experience as a Supervisor or Quality Engineer in Oil & Gas or similar projects. * Experience working in jungle environments, soft soils, and demanding operational conditions. * Knowledge of project management under PMI methodology. * Familiarity with technical standards relevant to the specialty (National Electrical Code). * Knowledge of HSE, high-risk work, and work permits. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Contract for a specific project * Project duration: 6 months * Project location: Iquitos, Gran Bretaña, Lot 95 * Formal payroll from day one * Work schedule: 21 days on / 8 days off * Travel expense coverage (flights from Lima) **What will be your mission?** To perform field supervision of the assigned Electrical and Instrumentation discipline, in accordance with the terms established by the site office or the supervisory authority where activities are executed. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Prepare project management documents (PMO). * Review project progress and strategies with clients, corresponding to your role. * Plan and direct personnel under your supervision; monitor their assigned responsibilities within the project you are overseeing. * Prepare and/or review technical queries (TQ) and requests for information (RFI). * Prepare specifications, terms of reference, and scope documentation for subcontracting related to your discipline or unit. * Lead and organize status, follow-up, and construction scheduling meetings. * Review engineering documents according to the scope of your responsibilities. * Review the project scope statement corresponding to your unit or discipline. * Review the schedule of the project you are supervising. * Review the quality plan of the project you are supervising. * Review the execution plan and "S" curve of the project. * Prepare and/or review personnel histograms, resource lists, and project service lists under your responsibility. * Prepare and/or review procedures, plans, work instructions, and project records under your responsibility. * Prepare and issue quality records and dossiers, work permits, and risk analyses. * Prepare, review, and/or approve red-line drawings and as-built drawings. * Report project progress. * Conduct project closeout and pending items list. * Approve acceptance certificates for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up. * Review the project communication matrix. * Prepare resource requisitions via ERP (procurement, services), and approve material deliveries. * Prepare and submit the list of expenses to be requested from petty cash. * Verify and validate execution and compliance of services or subcontracts (site visits, reports). * Prepare and/or provide personnel information for field hours reporting. * Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
