Currently, we are looking for the best talent to fill the position of **Instrumentation Supervisor**, who will become part of our team. **What do we expect from you?** * Electronic or Electrical Engineer. * 3 years of proven experience as a Project Supervisor, Instrumentation Supervisor, E\&I or related roles. * Proactive and responsible. **You should have solid knowledge in:** * Instrumentation standards. * Project management. **Additionally:** * Availability to travel. * Ability to work in the field under a 21 (including 2 days of round-trip travel) x8 (rest days) schedule. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Prepare project management documents (PMO) corresponding to your role. * Review project progress and strategies with clients relevant to your role. * Plan and direct personnel under your supervision; monitor their assigned responsibilities within the project being supervised. * Prepare and/or review technical queries (TQ) and requests for information (RFI); prepare specifications, terms of reference, and scope for subcontracting related to the Instrumentation discipline. * Lead and organize status, follow-up, and construction scheduling meetings. * Review engineering documents according to the scope of your responsibilities. * Review the project scope statement relevant to the Instrumentation discipline. * Review the schedule of the project being supervised. * Review the quality plan of the project being supervised, relevant to the Instrumentation discipline. * Review the execution plan and "S" curve of the project relevant to the Instrumentation discipline. * Prepare and/or review the personnel histogram of the project under your responsibility. * Prepare and/or review the list of resources and services for the project under your responsibility, according to the Instrumentation discipline. * Prepare and/or review procedures, plans, instructions, and records for the project under your responsibility, according to the Instrumentation discipline. * Prepare and issue quality records and dossiers corresponding to the Instrumentation discipline. * Prepare and review work permits and risk assessments. * Prepare, review, and/or approve red line and as-built drawings. * Report project progress. * Carry out project closeout and pending items list. * Approve acceptance reports for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up. * Review the project communication matrix. * Prepare resource requirements via ERP (purchases, services), and approve material deliveries. * Prepare and submit expense lists to be requested through petty cash. * Verify and validate the execution and compliance of services or subcontracts (site visits, reports). **What can you expect from us?** * Be on payroll from day one. * Experience working at facilities of our major clients. * Benefits according to law.
