Administers labor documentation and ensures compliance with regulations. FIEMSA SAC, a Peruvian company with over 20 years of experience in the metal-mechanical industry. We specialize in the development of designs, fabrication, and construction of mineral and industrial plants, including civil works. We are currently seeking a HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST: Responsibilities: * Prepare and control payroll records. * Manage personnel onboarding, offboarding, and modifications. * Draft employment contracts and addendums. * Execute recruitment and selection processes. * Administer personnel files and labor documentation. * Monitor attendance, vacations, rest days, and overtime. * Coordinate and manage medical examinations and employee onboarding. * Provide support to employees regarding labor and administrative inquiries. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
