




Job Summary: Manage and implement collection strategies to minimize delinquency and maximize debt recovery, coordinating actions and negotiating with clients. Key Highlights: 1. Objective: Manage and execute collection strategies to minimize delinquency and maximize recovery of debts from the entire assigned portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Contact delinquent customers via home visits, workplace visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, or letters, adapting strategies by segment or tier (amount, age). - Portfolio management: analyze payment history, document contacts, and update systems. - Prepare weekly accounts receivable reports, collection ratios, and revenue targets. - Negotiate with customers on rescheduling or refinancing of debts assigned to their portfolio. - Coordinate with the Senior Analyst, Head of Risk, Credit & Collections, and legal advisor regarding judicial actions or conciliations. Profile: Education: Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting. Qualification: Technical or University degree Experience: Minimum 2 years in the same position.
