Job Summary: PERULAB ECOLOGIC S.A.C. is seeking a Dairy Production Operator to support supervision, quality analysis, and inventory management, ensuring compliance with standards at the plant. Key Highlights: 1. Support in production supervision and quality analysis of dairy products 2. Collaboration in implementing GMP and POES at the plant 3. Support in the monthly inventory of the dairy plant PERULAB ECOLOGIC S.A.C. is currently seeking a Dairy Production Operator for its PACHACAMAC branch. PROFILE: * Studies in Food Industries and/or related field * With or without experience * Must reside in nearby areas: Manchay, Pachacamac. * Immediate availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support supervision of product production on the production line. * Conduct quality analysis of yogurts and cheeses. * Support implementation of GMP and POES at the dairy plant. * Support the monthly inventory of the dairy plant.
