




WORK AT ANTAMINA MINE. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Professional Education: Graduated and licensed in Civil Engineering. General Experience: Minimum 3 years in infrastructure or building construction projects. Specific Experience: Minimum 3 years as construction supervisor in mining – similar projects (buildings, perimeter fencing, etc.). Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in quantity surveying, budgeting, progress billing, and cost control. Knowledge of Peruvian construction and safety standards. Personal Competencies: Leadership, teamwork, planning, effective communication, and decision-making. Availability: Immediate availability for field work. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, organize, and supervise the technical execution of construction projects according to drawings, specifications, and schedules. Prepare quantity surveys, progress billing, and technical reports. Coordinate with the SSOMA Supervisor to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Manage human resources, materials, and equipment assigned to the project. Monitor adherence to budget, timelines, and project schedule. Supervise proper execution of work items and report deviations or risks. Participate in technical meetings and prepare weekly progress reports. Ensure project delivery on time, with quality and safety. POSITION CONDITIONS Work Schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off. Contract Duration: According to project schedule.
