The candidate must possess the ability to organize, motivate, and direct volunteer teams, facilitating their integration and ensuring achievement of project objectives. Additionally, the Coordinator will actively promote recruitment of new volunteers, strengthen community participation, and foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, social engagement, and development of initiatives aligned with FAVER NGO's objectives.
