Position Summary: Coordinator responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising activities, leading multidisciplinary volunteer teams to achieve the objectives of the NGO FAVER. Collaborative work and development of social initiatives The Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising activities within the assigned area, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and leading groups of national and international volunteers. Must possess the ability to organize, motivate, and direct volunteer teams, facilitating their integration and ensuring achievement of project objectives. Additionally, the Coordinator will actively promote recruitment of new volunteers, strengthen community participation, and foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, social commitment, and development of initiatives aligned with the objectives of the NGO FAVER. Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
