Opportunity for personal and professional growth Financial Commercial Supervisor for Banco Santander / Iquitos We are SEF PERU HOLDING, an authorized distributor of Banco Santander, specializing in Personal Banking. We are currently looking for a Commercial Supervisor to join our team. · REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields; or incomplete studies Over 29 years old (with valid DNI) Resident of Iquitos. Candidates with experience in the financial sector and/or preferably in face-to-face sales and personnel management (Desirable). · RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise, provide support, promote, and place Banco Santander products Manage customer DATABASES and conduct fieldwork; allocate customer portfolios among Advisors. Achieve objectives assigned by the company and the bank. Acquire new customers, recover existing customers, and sell products within assigned zones to contribute toward meeting targets for number of transactions and active portfolio. · WORK CONDITIONS: Receive training in the field from our company.
