Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and disciplined Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance tasks, draft technical reports, and train customers in Iquitos. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective elevator maintenance. 2. Draft technical reports and track faults. 3. Train customers on elevator operation and rescue procedures. **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (ELECTRONIC / MECHANICAL / MECHATRONIC / ELECTROMECHANICAL)** **Attitude Profile** \- Highly responsible \- Punctual and proactive \- Disciplined \- Analytical ability \- Effective communication skills **Minimum Academic Qualifications** \- Completed technical studies (certified graduate) \- Document drafting proficiency \- Excellent spelling and handwriting **Responsibilities** \- Perform preventive, corrective, and/or repair maintenance on elevators located across various sites in Iquitos. \- Draft technical reports documenting performed interventions. \- Evaluate and monitor potential equipment faults. \- Provide customer training on proper elevator usage and procedures for rescuing individuals trapped in elevators. \- Respond to emergency situations involving elevator failures at various locations in Iquitos. **Work Location** \- Private and government buildings across various sites in Iquitos. **Working Hours** \- 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday **Employment Modality** \- 3-month service contract; transition to payroll employment starting in the fourth month, subject to performance. **Salary** \- Above market rate. **Contact: \+51 946 626 172** **NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** Salary: Up to S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
