




Position Summary: Coordinate, plan, and supervise airport operational processes, ensuring compliance with policies and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the execution of operational processes at the airport station. 2. Ensure operational safety and optimize the working environment. 3. We are seeking our next Operations Supervisor for the airport sector. Main Function: Coordinate, plan, and supervise the execution of operational processes at the Station, in accordance with established manuals, procedures, and policies, as well as client requirements and in coordination with relevant support departments, to ensure achievement of company objectives. Responsibilities: Monitor staff attendance control at the station. Ensure operational safety at the station; participate in area briefing meetings and manage incident reports that may arise. Maintain and improve the working environment at the station. Receive and manage audits, as well as visits by airport authorities or airline clients at the station. Coordinate with various airport authorities, including CORPAC, the control tower, the airport administration, Customs, Migration, and DGAC. Manage the station’s petty cash fund according to each department’s needs. Carry out forecasting and planning of resources required for the Ramp and Pax units, and functionally for the Cargo and OMA units at the Station. Execute the contingency plan for the Ramp and Pax units as required by station needs. Ensure compliance with quality indicators—such as on-time performance, service (NPS), baggage damage, and ancillary sales—for the Ramp and Pax units at the station. Ensure compliance with efficiency indicators—such as billing and costs—for the Ramp and Pax units at the station. Direct and supervise operations to ensure proper handling of commercial flights, charter flights, and FBO operations. Coordinate the transfer of maintenance components to other stations, issuing electronic shipping documents. Administer and supervise fuel supply for equipment (petrol, LPG, etc.). Handle procurement of goods and services to meet internal and external customer needs. Requirements: Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Commercial Aviation, or related fields. Minimum 4 years’ general experience in similar positions within logistics operators, service providers, the airport sector, or related industries. Minimum 2 years’ experience as Coordinator, Administrator, and/or Operations Supervisor. Intermediate Office software skills (desirable). Basic English proficiency (desirable). Willingness to reside in Tarapoto.
