Position Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to manage the full talent acquisition cycle and onboarding processes in the metal-mechanical industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages recruitment, candidate screening and tracking 2. Coordinates interviews and evaluations with department heads 3. Administers documentation, occupational medical examinations (EMOs), and SCTR/Life Law insurance FIEMSA SAC, a Peruvian company with over 20 years of experience in the metal-mechanical industry. We specialize in the design, fabrication, and construction of mineral and industrial plants, including civil works. We are currently seeking a RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ASSISTANT: Responsibilities: * Conduct recruitment, screening and tracking of candidates according to required profiles. * Coordinate interviews and evaluations with candidates and department heads. * Collect, verify and organize personnel documentation and files. * Coordinate and monitor occupational medical examinations (EMOs). * Manage enrollment and issuance of SCTR and Life Law insurance. * Monitor onboarding requirements, inductions and necessary documentation for personnel incorporation. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, Psychology or Human Resource Management, with HR experience. * One year of experience handling mass recruitment processes in the mining or industrial sector. * Immediate availability. **Must reside in areas near Ate** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,800.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience recruiting both administrative and operational staff?
