Cleaning staff for building in San Isidro Schedule: from 7 am to 3 pm Work from Monday to Saturday GENERAL regime (30 days of vacation, 1 bonus in July and December, and CTS in May and November) REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education: Secondary or technical education Age: between 25 and 50 years Minimum 1 year of experience as cleaning staff in a building. Proactive, punctual, responsible, honest person Must have a good attitude towards work, be friendly and kind. FUNCTIONS: * Perform daily cleaning of common areas of the building: stairs, elevators, parking basements, entrance hall and glass doors, concierge area and guard's bathroom; storage areas and garbage room * Replace guards during their break and when they need to leave to go to the restrooms. * Ensure the proper functioning of the building's equipment. * Provide the Administration with a monthly list of cleaning and hygiene supply requirements, coordinated with colleagues and guards.
