JOB OPENING – PAINTING TECHNICIAN **ISTP Alta Cocina D'Gallia – Magdalena del Mar** Instituto D'Gallia, a leader in culinary education, is seeking a committed, responsible, and detail-oriented **Painting Technician** to join our maintenance team at the Magdalena del Mar campus. **Work schedule:** Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare surfaces for painting: cleaning, sanding, and applying primers. * Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings and structures. * Apply painting techniques such as roller, brush, and spray gun according to the project. * Repair cracks, holes, and surface defects on walls and other surfaces. * Handle various types of paint, including proper mixing and application. * Ensure quality and uniformity in finishes. * Maintain and clean tools and equipment. * Comply with established safety regulations. * Assist in remodeling and maintenance projects. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Required profile:** * Previous experience in painting work. * Responsible, detail-oriented person focused on quality. * Ability to work in a team and adapt to different types of projects. **Benefits:** * Salary: between S/ 1,200 and S/ 1,500 (based on evaluation). * Formal employment with all statutory benefits (General Regime). * Lunch included. * Corporate discounts and institutional benefits. **Work location:** Magdalena del Mar Type of position: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site job
