Position Summary: Communications Analyst responsible for developing, implementing, and managing internal and external communication plans for social projects in the Amazon. Key Highlights: 1. Inspired by our values, we operate in 100 countries with 42,000 staff members, creating environments that provide opportunities for the most vulnerable children—even in the most remote locations. **Purpose of the Position:** Develop, implement, and manage internal and external communication plans for World Vision Peru’s social projects in the Amazon. **What Challenges Await You?** * Develop and execute communications plans for projects implemented in the Amazon. * Ensure implementation of scheduled activities within the allocated budget. * Manage multi-purpose, multi-platform content targeting priority audiences for positioning and fundraising, with emphasis on audiovisual products. * Build relationships with local media and communities to raise visibility of project activities that strengthen World Vision’s positioning at local, national, and international levels. * Support management of World Vision Peru’s social media channels. **We Would Like You to Have the Following Qualifications:** * Degree in Communications for Development or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in external communications for public, private, or NGO institutions. * Experience designing communications plans for social projects. * Experience producing high-impact content (videos, photographs). * Experience in graphic design. * Knowledge of omnichannel communications planning. * Excellent writing skills. * Knowledge of photography and video editing; knowledge of audiovisual production and editing. * Proficiency in design and layout software (Adobe Creative Suite). * Willingness to work in Iquitos – Loreto and travel to various World Vision Peru intervention sites across the Amazon. * Willingness to work in person in Iquitos \- Loreto and conduct field visits to various intervention zones. **World Vision Offers You:** * Formal employment registration from your first day of work. * Statutory life insurance. * Institutional benefits. * Training opportunities. * Positive work environment. **Recruitment and Selection Legal Notice** * World Vision is committed to protecting personal data; therefore, by applying to this vacancy, the applicant consents to providing their personal data to World Vision for purposes related to the recruitment and selection process to which they are applying. * World Vision maintains an inclusive hiring policy; accordingly, per Law No. 29973, the General Law for Persons with Disabilities, this call is open to all qualified candidates.
