Cambridge**, we are looking for **1 restaurant manager** to lead the opening and operation of a new rotisserie chicken restaurant in ***El Salvador.*** **Main responsibilities:** * Administrative management: inventory, purchasing, payments, and financial control. * Leadership of the operational team and achievement of goals. * Monitoring performance indicators: productivity, costs, and profitability. * Coordination with headquarters: logistics, finance, HR, and support. * Compliance with labor, tax, and health regulations. * Support in opening, hiring, and supplier management. * Preparation of operational and financial reports. * Institutional representation before partners and suppliers. **Required profile:** * Professional in Business Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering. * \+5 years of experience in operations or administration. * Desired experience in services or international projects. * Budget management, KPIs, and advanced ERP / Excel skills. * Knowledge of Salvadoran labor and tax legislation. * Must reside in El Salvador.
