On behalf of our client PAINPE, we are looking for a **SALES AND BILLING ASSISTANT** for Ate (Ref. Av. Separadora Industrial with Av. Ingenieros ) **REQUIREMENTS**: \- Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or International Business. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales positions, handling quotations and invoices. \- Advanced knowledge of social media and billing systems/ERPs. \- Experience managing invoices with more than 50 items and shipping guides. \- Intermediate level proficiency in Excel. \- Proactive and dynamic. \- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:15 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:15 pm. \- IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Carry out and follow up on customer quotations. 2\. Keep the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) updated with client information, sales opportunities and progress (generate sales budget prospects). 3\. Answer calls and filter potential clients, properly channeling their requirements. 4\. Perform wholesale invoicing and quotations. 5\. Design and publish promotional content on social media. 6\. Provide support in preparing commercial documents for the sales team. 5\.
