**Job Objective:** Efficiently, securely, and confidentially manage Human Resources documentation, ensuring its proper organization, updating, and availability in compliance with current labor regulations and INSUMEX S.A.'s internal policies. **Academic Background:** * Technician or graduate in Administration, Archival Science, Document Management, or related fields. **Required Experience:** * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in document management within the Human Resources area or administration. * Handling of employment documentation (contracts, pay slips, leaves, personnel files, etc.). * Knowledge of archiving standards, file organization, and document digitization. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of labor relations regulations and data privacy (Personal Data Protection Law). * Techniques for physical and digital archiving. * Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PDF, scanners, etc.). **Skills and Competencies:** * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Judgment to classify, prioritize, and control documents according to their confidentiality level and usage. * Discretion and handling of sensitive information. * Commitment to improving administrative processes. * Initiative, order, and adherence to deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Classify, archive, and keep employee records updated (physical and digital personnel files). * Assist in drafting and distributing employment documents (contracts, memoranda, etc.). * Manage the digitization and backup process of departmental files. * Coordinate internal and external document audits. * Comply with security and confidentiality protocols for employee information. * Propose improvements in archiving and document management procedures.
