Job Summary: Grupo J&R Serge SAC seeks a Cost and Budget Engineer to implement projects and services in electrical, HVAC, and fire detection systems. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking top talent to fill the position of COST AND BUDGET ENGINEER: REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics Engineering, or related fields. (Mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within the industrial, banking, shopping center, or retail sectors. * Clean coils, filters, fans, and drainage systems to ensure air quality. * Check refrigerant pressures and levels, and adjust electrical components. * Install and assemble air conditioning units (split, central, industrial). * Install electrical circuits, air ducts, and refrigerant piping. * Configure controllers, thermostats, and automation systems. * Practical skills in equipment diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair. * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
