At **Market \& Representaciones Victoria**, we seek top talent to take on a new professional challenge as **Commercial and Logistics Management Assistant** **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for comprehensively leading the Minimarkets Retail channel, connecting business strategy with in-store execution. This role will cover commercial, operational, expansion, demand, sales administration, and store supervision functions, ensuring profitable growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and consistency of our standards across the entire retail network. **Main Responsibilities:** **Commercial Management** * Lead the annual Retail channel budget, tracking targets by store, category, and campaign. * Ensure achievement of commercial KPIs such as sales, margin, and profitability. * Analyze channel performance and activate action plans to optimize results. * Manage KPIs such as foot traffic, conversion rate, average transaction value, units per transaction (UPT), productivity, margin, and category performance. * Ensure holistic business understanding to connect commercial results, operations, inventory, and customer experience. **Operational Management** * Design, implement, and strengthen processes, standards, management routines, and ways of working across the store network. * Ensure correct in-store operational execution, maintaining consistency in service, processes, customer experience, and brand guidelines. * Lead audits, operational controls, improvement plans, and corrective actions. * Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and translate them into sustainable initiatives for the network. * Ensure operational discipline, daily excellence, and adherence to standards across all retail operations. **Inventory Management and Loss Control** * Supervise periodic, comprehensive, and store-level inventory audits. * Monitor shrinkage, inventory discrepancies, tester handling, and process control improvement opportunities. * Ensure product availability, inventory integrity, and continuous improvement in replenishment and supply processes. * Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper alignment among demand, inventory, stores, and commercial results. **Customer Experience, Brand, and Commercial Execution** * Ensure store operations reflect Market Victoria’s value proposition and brand DNA. * Coordinate proper execution of window displays, campaigns, activations, and category-specific merchandising. * Measure the commercial impact of in-store initiatives. * Drive a consultative, approachable, and brand-consistent customer experience. * **Team Management and Cross-functional Leadership** * Ensure appropriate staffing per store and season, driving productivity, positive work climate, and efficiency. * Coordinate training, communication, commercial objectives, and operational guidelines to strengthen sales force performance. * Mobilize teams toward consistent execution focused on results, experience, and continuous improvement. **What are we looking for?** * **Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Engineering, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.** * **Minimum 2 years’ experience leading retail operations** * Experience simultaneously managing commercial and operational functions. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and/or support areas related to operations, expansion, demand planning, sales administration, store supervision, logistics, trade marketing, or visual merchandising. · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). · Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and confidentiality. · Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. **We offer:** · Positive work environment. · Continuous training. · Professional development opportunities. · Market-competitive remuneration.
