On behalf of our industrial-sector client, we are seeking a **LOGISTICS ASSISTANT** to work in **Ate Vitarte**. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Business Administration, or related fields. * Preferred: Courses, diplomas, or specializations in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or Quality Management Systems. * Minimum 1 year of experience in roles or functions related to logistics, procurement, or purchasing. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate with suppliers and inspection entities, conducting appropriate follow-up to ensure process compliance. * Manage purchase orders, service orders, and quotation requests. * Organize and control technical and commercial documentation, such as certificates, minutes, and records. * Monitor samples, deliveries, response times, and pending documentation. * Execute and track procurement and material supply activities. * Coordinate with the warehouse on receiving, dispatching, and product control activities. * Register materials, orders, and documentation in the SAP system. * Manage billing and monthly closings, ensuring digital file updates and traceability. * Comply with and promote procedures established by the quality management system and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits from day one. * Competitive market-aligned remuneration. * Food allowance (Provis).
