We are seeking a **Full-Stack Developer** with experience in building, deploying, and maintaining web applications. The selected candidate will join our development team to work on challenging projects spanning both frontend and backend. **Responsibilities** * Develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project implementation. * Apply best practices in programming, architecture, and version control. * Participate in continuous improvement of processes and technological solutions. **Experience** * Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Full-Stack Developer, junior developer, or programmer. **Technical Skills** * **Frontend:** **React, Next.js, Tailwind**; knowledge of **CSS** and styling frameworks such as Bootstrap. * **Backend:** Proficiency in **Node.js**, **Express.js**, and **NestJS** for building scalable applications. * **Database Management:** Experience with **PostgreSQL** and **MySQL** for managing relational databases. * **Containers:** Knowledge of **Docker** for creating consistent development environments. * **Version Control:** Proficiency with **Git** and collaboration platforms such as **GitHub**. **Additional Skills:** * Familiarity with AI-driven automation or chatbot integration. **Portfolio** * A portfolio showcasing projects demonstrating both frontend and backend capabilities is required. **Working Hours:** \- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. \- Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (twice per month) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.2,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site
