The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of operational processes, coordinating work teams, managing resources, and guaranteeing institutional objective achievement while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the company’s daily operations. * Efficiently manage human, material, and logistical resources. * Monitor compliance with internal procedures, policies, and regulations. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators to support decision-making. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational continuity. * Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. * Supervise the performance of operational staff. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Address operational incidents promptly. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in operations coordination or supervision. * Knowledge of logistics management, operational planning, and process control. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced Excel). * Leadership, organizational, and pressure-management skills. * Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities. * Willingness to work in Madre de Dios. * Valid driver’s license (preferred). * Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations (preferred).
