Job Summary: We are seeking a General Social Intervention Coordinator to lead social management activities in infrastructure projects, manage teams, and design strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently looking for a **General Social Intervention Coordinator** to join our team and lead social management activities related to infrastructure projects. Requirements * Professional degree in **Sociology, Social Work, Communication, or Anthropology**. * Valid professional registration and license. * Minimum of **24 months** of experience, calculated from the date of professional registration, in roles such as: * Social Specialist. * Social Intervention Coordinator. * General Social Intervention Coordinator. * Social Officer. * Social Supervisor. * Or a combination of the above positions. * Experience in **execution, inspection, or supervision of construction works in general**. * Preferred qualifications include training in: * Conflict management and resolution. * Community engagement. * Gender issues. Main Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the social intervention team, ensuring achievement of objectives, implementation of scheduled activities, and adherence to quality standards. * Design and implement strategies to ensure effective execution of social intervention activities. * Conduct continuous field monitoring, assess progress, and propose timely corrective actions. * Manage and coordinate with competent authorities to address project-related issues and activities. * Participate in information meetings with beneficiary populations, board members, local authorities, and other stakeholders. * Provide social accompaniment during field visits scheduled by the UGPP\-BID.
