Requirements * Minimum **1 year of experience in operational staff selection**, with **drivers being mandatory**. * Knowledge of **payroll processing, employment contracts, T\-Record, and basic labor legislation**. * Technical or university degree (Administration, Psychology, HR, or related fields). * Operational profile, organized and results-oriented. * Must reside in **Puerto Maldonado** or have immediate availability.
