




Position Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Project Director/Manager with extensive experience in managing waterworks projects and strong team leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the definition, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects. 2. Monitor technical and financial progress, applying corrective actions. 3. Manage teams and ensure quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities** * Define project scope, schedule, budget, and organization. * Monitor physical and financial progress, updating technical planning and applying corrective actions in response to deviations. * Manage contractors, suppliers, authorities, and local communities. * Represent the project to the client and manage contract variations with impact. * Facilitate obtaining licenses and permits, especially environmental ones. * Ensure active on-site presence, participating in daily activity monitoring to guarantee proper technical and operational project execution. * Lead the project team, assigning responsibilities and ensuring smooth communication. * Validate technical deliverables and promote compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulatory standards. * Report progress to the Management Committee and implement its directives. * Coordinate commissioning and ensure formal project handover, including final reports and lessons learned. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil, Sanitary, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Minimum 10\-20 years of experience in infrastructure project execution. * At least 10 years of specific experience in managing water infrastructure construction projects, with direct field involvement. * Field leadership experience is highly valued, including the ability to make on-site technical decisions and coordinate daily execution. * Knowledge and experience in project management. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in project management software. * Leadership and team management skills. * Proactivity and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to travel.
