Deco Hogar E.I.R.L. – Jiapeng is a growing commercial-industrial company dedicated to the importation, assembly, and distribution of motorcycles, cargo tricycles, outboard motors, and spare parts. We operate across multiple cities nationwide, maintain commercial relationships with international suppliers, and have an expanding distribution network. Job Description **What does this position involve?** We are looking for a **Store Manager** responsible for leading the comprehensive management of the retail outlet, ensuring achievement of business objectives, proper branch operations, and appropriate customer service experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the overall store operation and ensure achievement of business objectives. * Supervise daily opening and closing procedures, as well as proper functioning of the retail outlet. * Lead and support the store team, promoting sales target attainment and service standards compliance. * Supervise customer service, including inquiries, quotations, complaints, and post-sale follow-up. * Manage product display, presentation, and in-store availability. * Monitor commercial inventory and coordinate timely stock replenishment. * Supervise cash handling operations and compliance with established controls. * Coordinate with other departments on administrative and operational processes related to sales, delivery, and after-sales service. * Monitor staff performance and propose improvement actions to strengthen branch operations. * Ensure store order, cleanliness, security, and proper presentation. **Requirements:** * Technical, university-level, or final-year student in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles such as supervisor, administrator, or store manager. * Experience in sales, customer service, and store operational management. * Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, business metrics, and personnel supervision. * Proficiency in commercial management tools, ERP systems, or similar platforms. * Availability to work at the assigned location (Puerto Maldonado). **Ideal Candidate Profile:** We seek a candidate with leadership skills, results orientation, strong organizational ability, excellent customer interaction skills, and capability to coordinate teams and resolve operational and commercial issues. **We Offer:** * Employment with a growing company. * Opportunity to lead the operation of a commercial branch. * Professional development in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. * Compensation commensurate with job responsibilities.
