Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to organize and supervise staff, goods, inventories, and shipments, ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organize and supervise warehouse staff 2. Supervise shipment and receipt of goods 3. Prepare and conduct inventories At Grupo Vargas, with over 59 years in the market, we are searching for top talent for one of the companies within the Credivargas Group, located in the city of **Puerto Maldonado.** Below are the main responsibilities: **(1\) Warehouse Manager** **Requirements**: * Degree and/or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of Warehouse and Distribution Center Management, as well as Inventory Management techniques * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency **Responsibilities**: * Organize warehouse staff for incoming and outgoing goods handling * Supervise home delivery shipments to customers according to scheduled hours * Supervise shipment and receipt of goods * Prepare and conduct inventories as assigned by the Store Manager or internal control * Inform the Sales and/or Commercial Department about pending shipments, damaged products in the sales area, and products nearing expiration * Inform the Inventory Analyst about damaged products in-store and those nearing expiration * Report goods receipts to the Accounting Department with the Store Manager's approval (V.B.) and supporting documentation * Manage and maintain order in mezzanines and pre-mezzanines, complying with high-altitude storage procedures * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned **Benefits**: * Join a prestigious company in its field with over 59 years of history * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits **JOIN THIS CORPORATE FAMILY!** Salary: Starting at S/.1,550\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
