Supervise the daily performance of assigned promoters. Continuously train and reinforce commercial strategies for attracting potential customers (approach techniques, communication, and persuasion). Conduct field accompaniments to observe customer interactions. Provide ongoing feedback to improve customer acquisition rates. Prepare daily and weekly performance reports. Measure individual and team performance. Report operational incidents or team needs. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS MUST I MEET? Currently pursuing or completed technical or university studies in computing and informatics, administration, engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor, coordinator, or field leader. Intermediate-level Excel knowledge. WHAT SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES SHOULD I POSSESS? Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. / Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. WHAT BENEFITS WILL I RECEIVE?
