**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION** The padel club operator is responsible for ensuring the proper daily operation of the facilities, providing friendly public service, maintaining order, cleanliness and safety of the club, and ensuring a positive experience for users. The club's operating hours are from Thursday to Sunday, with Thursday dedicated to general cleaning and organization of the club, as well as inventory preparation. They are; Thursday from 16:00 to 20:30 hrs, Friday to Saturday from 07:00 – 21:00 hrs, and Sundays from 07:00 – 21:00 hrs. **WORKING HOURS DESCRIPTION** · THURSDAY (16:00 – 21:00\) – Cleaning and financial preparation day. · FRIDAY (7:00 \- 21:00\) – Operational day · SATURDAY (7:00 \- 21:00\) – Intensive operational day · SUNDAY (7:00 \- 16:00\) – Operational day and closing **MAIN FUNCTIONS** · Administrative and operational tasks (priority) · Provide courteous, friendly and efficient customer service, responding to inquiries and making reservations. · Record payments from customers and players. Organize and deliver receipts. · Maintain order and cleanliness of the facilities, including social area, snack center, courts and benches, court glass. · Maintenance: check condition of nets, surface and cleanliness. · Open and close the club according to established schedules, verifying safety conditions at the beginning and end of the shift. · Assist in supervising the proper use of courts and compliance with club rules. · Coordinate with the administrator regarding any incidents or maintenance requirements. · Ensure the club is properly presented before each shift. · Conduct weekly inventory of snack center sales products. · Conduct weekly inventory of padel and sports products.
