Position Summary: Technical Director Assistant responsible for supervising warehouse operations, product quality, and staff training, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of warehouse operations and product quality. 2. Support in the execution of POEs and staff training. 3. Maintenance of documentation and facility security. **Profile of Technical Director Assistant:** \- Knowledge of GMP and GDP. \- Reading, reviewing, and supporting the execution of POEs. \- Supervising the implementation of FIFO and FEFO systems in the warehouse. \- Ensuring products nearing expiration are properly labeled and that no expired products remain in the warehouse. \- Supervising appropriate storage conditions. \- Reviewing and coordinating the implementation of facility maintenance programs. \- Verifying and performing organoleptic analysis on products entering the warehouse (Domestic Purchases and Imports). \- Maintaining orderly documentation for Domestic Purchases, Imports, and transfers. \- Training and supervising warehouse staff to ensure proper performance of their duties. \- Conducting staff training sessions according to the scheduled program. \- Safeguarding and supervising the flow of controlled substances entering and exiting the warehouse. \- Ensuring compliance with facility safety regulations. \- Administrative responsibility for facilities at the Logistics Complex (BSF). **Benefits of working with us:** \- Guaranteed punctuality in salary payments. \- Fixed working hours: **7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**, enabling appropriate time management. \- Formal employment registration **from the first day of work**, in accordance with applicable law. \- Access to **ongoing training**, aimed at strengthening competencies and professional growth.
