Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to carry out the daily production of sweet and savory products, ensuring quality and flavor. Key Responsibilities: 1. Carry out bakery and pastry production 2. Prepare cakes, desserts, and sweet/savory doughs 3. POSITION: PRODUCTION OPERATOR (BAKERY AND PASTRY) **What will be your objective?** Carry out the daily production of sweet and savory products, ensuring the quality and flavor that define us, to keep our display case always immaculate. **Your main responsibilities:** * Prepare cakes, display-case desserts, and sweet/savory doughs (empanadas, quiches, etc.). * Perform mise en place for juices, waffles, and sandwiches. * Monitor recipes, portion weights, and quality standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Support customer service **What are we looking for?** * 6 months to 2 years of experience in pastry, bakery, or culinary roles. * Knowledge of dough handling. * Punctual, responsible individual capable of working under moderate pressure. * Mandatory residence: San Bartolo or nearby areas (Punta Negra, Punta Hermosa, Chilca, etc.).
