




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Logistics Assistant to support inventory management, order processing, dispatch operations, and stock control at a leading construction materials company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in inventory management and product rotation 2. Order coordination and dispatch preparation 3. Supervision of delivery routes and goods control A leading company in the construction materials distribution sector. We are looking for top talent to fill the position of Junior Assistant in the Logistics Department. **Responsibilities:** * Update available and consignment stock levels. * Update stock cards (kardex) and product rotation records. * Receive and coordinate order handling. * Prepare dispatch information according to customer requirements. * Schedule customer service appointments. * Assist in reviewing goods prior to dispatch. * Report dispatch compliance. * Assist in periodic and consignment inventory counts. * Inspect prepared products. * Perform pre-dispatch activities through the Distribution Center (DC). * Assign, supervise, and monitor drivers’ delivery routes for goods distribution. * Perform other administrative, operational, and coordination duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Technical graduates from logistics, accounting, or related technical programs. Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar functions in logistics. Advanced Excel proficiency. Availability to work in Southern Lima (BSF – Punta Hermosa); residence in areas near Punta Hermosa is preferred. **Benefits** Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits.
