Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to manage operations, supervise construction projects, and coordinate teams within a beachfront condominium, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintenance of common areas. A Civil Engineer is required for operations management at a beachfront condominium located at km 44 of the Panamericana Sur Highway, Punta Negra District, Lima. About the Condominium: 1\) An 85-hectare beachfront housing condominium with 941 lots, of which 125 have houses either completed or under construction. 2\) Green areas featuring approximately 60,000 plants, irrigated via a technified drip irrigation system. 3\) An operational team of 22 personnel, including security and maintenance staff. 4\) The condominium has 13 medium-voltage electrical substations supplying power to constructed houses and common areas. 5\) Common infrastructure: Clubhouse with football, basketball, and fronton courts, swimming pool, and a venue for events and meetings. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00; Saturdays, 8:00–14:00. Required Profile: a) Licensed Civil Engineer, registered with the professional association and duly authorized (preferred), with verifiable experience in inspection and supervision of civil works. b) Experience coordinating operational teams and interacting with contractors, property owners, and suppliers. c) Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and best practices in construction. d) Strong decision-making ability, leadership skills, and effective communication. Main Responsibilities: a) Inspect ongoing construction works within the condominium to ensure compliance with approved plans and with safety and quality standards. b) Supervise adherence to internal condominium regulations during construction activities (e.g., machinery movement, waste handling, working hours, protection of common areas, etc.). c) Prepare and monitor the weekly roster of operational staff (security and maintenance), coordinating necessary adjustments and replacements. d) Coordinate daily with operational staff on actions required for proper maintenance of common areas, infrastructure, irrigation, and general services. e) Make decisions regarding safety and protection within the condominium: restrict access by unauthorized personnel, regulate use of common areas, prevent unauthorized parties and/or excessive noise, and implement other measures aimed at preventing accidents on construction sites and within the condominium. f) Periodically report to the Condominium Board of Directors or Management on construction progress, safety incidents, maintenance status, and improvement needs.
