Ready for a job that supports your best future? **If you’re looking for a challenging yet rewarding career offering benefits and a collaborative work environment, Sensient is the place for you!** What You’ll Do: * **Design** the Plant Maintenance Plan and document it according to maintenance type. * **Responsible for implementing** Plant Maintenance and documenting it according to maintenance type. * Responsible for equipment inventory in the Maintenance software. * Sourcing and selecting suppliers for critical plant equipment. * Complete records in the Maintenance document management system. * Monitor plant utilities including water, electricity, steam, gas, and effluents. * Supervise, inspect, and report third-party work at the plant. * Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Supervise proper implementation of the 5S methodology in maintenance areas. * Verify inventory of critical workshop spare parts. * Verify fire protection systems. * Identify critical plant equipment that could halt production. * Identify and communicate hazard corrections for machines, equipment, and plant infrastructure. What We Expect From You: * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Electronics, or Industrial Instrumentation. CAD and TIG welding skills. * Experience: 4 years in similar positions or within the field. * Knowledge: * **Communication** – You enjoy and excel at communicating and collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds. * **Proactivity** – You stay attentive to your work and ask questions when you don’t understand part of a process.
