




Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to manage requests, coordinate technical services, and ensure resolution of incidents at A&A Copiadoras. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end request management and customer support. 2. Coordination of technical services and scheduling follow-up. 3. Resolution of non-conformities and document preparation. At A\&A Copiadoras, an importer and distributor of office equipment and technology, we are looking for an **Operations Assistant** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and manage requests via phone calls, WhatsApp, and corporate emails. * Provide support and follow-up on customer requirements. * Coordinate with the technical service department to schedule maintenance and installation visits. * Consolidate and manage technicians’ dispatch orders for their daily routes. * Monitor response times and evaluate compliance with scheduled services. * Record, track, and follow up on service non-conformities or unforeseen events, ensuring resolution within established timeframes. * Prepare quotations and contracts, and manage the filing system for case records. * Operate the internal system for recording and tracking performed services. **Requirements:** * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, and/or professional in Business Administration. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. **Competencies:** * Fluent communication skills and customer orientation. * Organizational ability and capacity to manage priorities. * Proactivity and attention to detail.
