The professional must ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and current technical and safety regulations. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Licensed and registered Civil Engineer with valid professional license. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 to 5 years in civil works execution, such as buildings, infrastructure, or roadworks. * **Technical Knowledge:** \* Reading and interpretation of blueprints. * Current technical regulations, cost control, and budgeting. * Occupational health and safety on site. * Contractor and logistics management. * **Software:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project (intermediate\-advanced level preferred). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise on\-site construction work according to the technical file. * Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, site managers, and technical teams. * Prepare and update construction schedules and progress tracking. * Control costs, measurements, valuations, and cubications. * Verify compliance with quality and safety standards. * Manage permits, technical documentation, and progress reports. * Participate in resource planning (materials, equipment, and personnel). * Prepare periodic technical reports for management or senior leadership. * Ensure compliance with contractual and environmental regulations. **VALUED COMPETENCIES** * Leadership and team management. * Analytical ability. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Organization and planning. **OFFERING DETAILS** * **Location:** Ecoplaza Wilson and Santa Clara offices. * **Employment Type:** RXH (RxH for the first 3 months). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM. ***Start January with us—we’re waiting for you!*** Job type: Full\-time Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.5,500\.00 per month Application question(s): * District of residence? * What is your salary expectation?
