We are currently looking for a **HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** available to work in Ate. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** Ø Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related fields Ø Specialization in Human Resources Ø Knowledge of Labor Laws Ø Intermediate Office skills Ø Availability to work in Ate Ø Minimum 3 years’ experience as HR MANAGER **RESPONSIBILITIES?** Ø Responsible for reviewing payroll records for workers and employees Ø Responsible for timely payment of social benefits: Bonuses, CTS, Vacation Pay, Profit Sharing, Social Benefit Settlements, and monitoring of vacation leave.
