**PROCESS ANALYST** **Requirements:** * High school graduate or university graduate in administration, industrial engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, Bizagi, or others). * Experience in analyzing, designing, and optimizing workflows. * Mandatory knowledge of SSOMA. * Knowledge of SBS and/or SMV regulations applicable to financial services is desirable. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure regulatory compliance in operational, financial, and risk management within the SAFI. * Map and improve workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency. * Collaborate with key areas (Compliance, Risk, Technology, Operations) to ensure proper process implementation. * Define and implement internal controls to mitigate operational and regulatory risks. **We offer:** * Formal employment from day one with all statutory benefits. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage. * Continuous training. * Career path development.
