Coordinate resource allocation and monitor management indicators Fleet Group SAC, a company specializing in integrated logistics, is currently seeking a Mobile Fleet Planner to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or professional in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Knowledge of Integrated Logistics or Operations Planning. * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouses, distribution centers, or logistics companies—preferably in the telecommunications sector. * Proficiency in logistics ERP systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work at BSF warehouses, Punta Hermosa. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly logistics operations according to customer demand. * Manage stock availability and control inventory levels to ensure operational continuity. * Coordinate resource allocation (personnel, equipment, tools, and transportation) to ensure efficient operations. * Schedule and control the entry and exit of transport units, ensuring adherence to established timeframes. * Monitor management indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to analyze operational performance and customer demand. * Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers to ensure fulfillment of operational requirements. * Administer the logistics ERP system and analyze data to support decision-making. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment under the General Regime. * Compensation above market average. * Opportunity to join a multinational company with strong national presence and market competitiveness. * Professional development opportunities and career progression paths. * Positive work environment. * Ongoing training.
