Position Summary: A JUNIOR WAITER professional for the Banquets department, responsible for efficient customer service, verification of Mise en Place, and setup/teardown of event rooms. Proficiency in dining techniques and room setups A 5-star hotel company is seeking to add a JUNIOR WAITER professional to its Banquets department: * Technical or university studies in Hotel & Restaurant Management (final cycles). * Incomplete studies in Hospitality and Tourism or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of customer service, F&B services, dining techniques, and room setups. ***Responsibilities:*** * Provide efficient service to all customers hosting events at the hotel. * Verify that the Mise en Place for each event complies with the client's requirements. * Know how to use materials and equipment in the assigned section, as well as techniques for transporting trays, tableware, glassware, and cutlery. * Set up and dismantle event rooms under the direct supervision of the Maître. * Serve F&B for all events and transport food and beverages according to established procedures. * Report customer feedback regarding service quality and food & beverage quality to the Captain or Maître. * Perform other duties assigned by management. * Rotating schedule * Intermittent ***Benefits:*** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory benefits. * Meal allowance. * Payment for hotel points.
