Job Summary: We are seeking a Workshop Manager to inspect and maintain vehicles, coordinate maintenance tasks and reports, and ensure compliance with internal regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. MEGAPACK TRADING SAC **– is seeking personnel to fill the position of:** **Workshop Manager – Chilca\-Cañete Branch \- (On-site, Full-time) \-** **Must reside in areas adjacent to Chilca\-Cañete** **Must be available for travel to provinces** **Submit documented CV** **Responsibilities** * Vehicle inspection. * Verification of equipment (first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, spare tire and/or others). * Coordination of maintenance tasks to be performed. * Reporting of preventive vs. scheduled maintenance. * Verification and requisition of supplies required for vehicle maintenance. * Weekly RQ list in Excel. * Executed and valued corrective maintenance. * Fuel consumption performance report. * Tire inspection report. * Performing corrective work (Overhaul) on all units, including painting, etc. * Complies with internal company provisions specified in the Internal Work Regulations. * Complies with Megapack Trading’s SSTMA standards. * Uses basic safety equipment and any additional equipment required according to the type of work. * Ensures personal safety, the safety of third parties, and the safety of work tools, promptly reporting risk situations to the immediate supervisor. * Maintains confidentiality regarding information handled within the department. * Performs other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the direct supervisor. * Performs other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the direct supervisor. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum experience: 03 years as Workshop Manager and/or Workshop Supervisor in Mining/Gas/Oil/Services sectors. Solid knowledge of automotive mechanics and fault diagnosis. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards, and safety and environmental regulations. Training in management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Desirable: Class AIIB driver’s license. Submit documented CV. **Skills** * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Communication and presentation skills.
