Operations Supervisor

Description

Job Summary: Supervise daily logistics operations at a 3PL distribution center, lead teams, and ensure compliance with KPIs and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and traceability Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics operations. * 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience within 3PL logistics operators (preferred). * 3PL operations and multi-client management. * Logistics KPIs and SLA compliance. * WMS (RF) proficiency. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Inventory control and traceability. * Basic occupational safety and health regulations. Responsibilities: * Supervise daily distribution center operations under a 3PL model. * Coordinate and lead operational teams on rotating shifts. * Ensure SLA and customer-specific KPI compliance (OTIF, fill rate, productivity). * Supervise receiving, cross-docking, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes. * Monitor proper use of WMS/ERP systems and operational traceability. * Manage physical and system-based inventories (cycle counts and full inventories). * Coordinate with transportation and last-mile delivery to ensure timely dispatches. * Address operational incidents and internal/external customer complaints. * Ensure compliance with safety, OSH, and 5S standards. * Prepare operational management reports per shift and consolidated weekly reports.
