Opportunities for professional development and career progression Corporación **Bioliffe** is currently seeking a **Recruitment Analyst \- Chilca**, with expertise in recruitment, selection, and payroll processing. **Requirements:** * University degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in recruitment, selection, payroll calculations, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), settlements, contracts, SUNAFIL (Peruvian Labor Inspection Authority), etc. (mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory) * Willingness to work at the Chilca \- Pucusana office and occasionally travel to Lima \- Surco. * Immediate availability to start work. **Responsibilities:** * Manage recruitment and personnel selection processes * Ensure adherence to selection policies and procedures * Handle T\-REGISTRO and PLAME systems * Address administrative matters (payroll calculation, CTS, contracts, settlements, timekeeping records, etc.) * Operate SAP / Odoo or other related systems * Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor as required by evolving responsibilities. **BENEFITS:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from the first day of employment, including all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive salary * Working schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Sundays off * 100% covered meals \+ transportation allowance * Career progression path "At Corporación Bioliffe, we promote inclusion and labor integration without discrimination based on disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, place of origin, or generation."
