Teamwork and support in route operations **We’re looking for talents like you!** At **TURISMO JK**, we are seeking a **ROUTE INSPECTOR** for our **CHILCA TOLL PLAZA** location. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or incomplete studies. * Outgoing person with high energy and strong communication skills with the public. * No experience required. * Must reside in **CHILCA** or nearby areas. * Availability to work in the field. * Availability to work 8 hours daily on a rotating schedule **(morning, afternoon, and night).** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise buses on route, as well as staff cleanliness and appearance. * Report sales not recorded by the driver. * Channel passenger complaints to Customer Service. * Report incidents to the Control Tower and assist with passenger transfers. * Support ticket collection on route and at sales points. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Salary of S/ 1400 (base salary of S/ 1130 (SME payroll) \+ fixed bonus of S/270\). * All statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, paid vacations, health insurance, SCTR, etc.). * Bi-weekly payments. * Opportunity for growth.
