We are currently looking for the best talent to fill the position of **Outlet Security Agent** **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the entry and exit of customers, suppliers, and staff. * Conduct periodic patrols to supervise the facilities. * Prevent theft, shoplifting, or loss of merchandise. * Report incidents and prepare daily occurrence reports. * Coordinate with supervisors during emergencies. * Provide assistance in cases of first aid or evacuation. * Maintain a courteous and service-oriented attitude with customers and internal staff. **Job Requirements** * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in security, preferably in retail, shopping malls, or outlets. * Basic knowledge of first aid, access control, and security protocols. * Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends). * Good physical condition and health status.
