We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor for our operation in Cañete. Job Mission: Ensure efficient and safe execution of the production process, guaranteeing compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards through supervision of operational staff and proper management of assigned resources. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor. Desirable specialization in Operations Management, Quality, Administration, or related areas. Willingness to work in Cañete. Willingness to work in the field and on rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities: Supervise adherence to the production plan. Manage and lead operational teams. Monitor production and productivity indicators. Coordinate with involved departments to ensure operational continuity. Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and food safety standards. Train and onboard personnel under supervision.
