Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to manage and monitor ongoing projects, control schedules, and coordinate with departments to achieve objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control project valuations and cash flow Job Description: At Alquimodul, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. We seek committed professionals with strong management capabilities and a results-oriented mindset. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Experience in construction and/or mining project management. Willingness to work in Chilca and occasionally relocate to Surco or to project sites. Proficiency in project control tools. Experience preparing deliverables: technical reports, daily and weekly reports, schedules, work plans, S-curves, histograms, valuations, among others. Experience in modular construction (not mandatory). Main Responsibilities: Manage and monitor ongoing projects. Develop and control project schedules, progress updates, and reports. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and achievement of objectives. Control project valuations and cash flow. Supervise fabrication and site progress.
