**About the job**
Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, within the hotel's Purchasing Department, as Purchasing Supervisor you will assist the Director of Purchasing in overseeing the hotel’s business control related to Procurement Management. The position will also collaborate with and advise hotel departments on all matters related to purchasing management.
**As Purchasing supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:**
* Procurement Management:
* Assist in the development of the purchasing system.
* Comply with and enforce the procurement policy established by the Director of Purchasing.
* Ensure compliance with MOHG’s purchasing policies and procedures.
* Guarantee the use of the most competitive supplier quotations that meet MOMAL specifications.
* Enforce the quality criteria required by MOMAL, following the requested standards.
* Prepare and review Purchase Orders.
* Document Management:
* Oversee the document control of the procurement department.

* Supplier Management:

* Procurement and Warehouse Supervision:
