Opportunity for professional growth ***Primos Chicken Bar****, a restaurant chain specializing in rotisserie chicken, is currently seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join its team. **Requirements**: * Experience in warehouse, logistics, or similar roles (preferred). * Basic knowledge of inventory systems (FIFO, Kardex). * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities**: * Inspect, organize, and dispatch products to various departments as required. * Receive goods from suppliers and report stockouts, expired items, or incomplete deliveries. * Generate purchase requests based on warehouse needs. * Apply the FIFO system to manage product rotation. * Portion products according to requirements. * Manage documentation (invoices, delivery notes, requisitions) with signatures and conformity stamps. * Maintain daily cleanliness and order in the warehouse. * Perform weekly deep cleaning (cold rooms, shelves, floors, etc.). * Participate in monthly inventories with relevant departments. * Keep the warehouse and supplier Kardex up to date. * Monitor incoming and returning crates. * Verify appropriate temperature conditions for refrigerated and frozen products. **Working Conditions**: * Salary: S/ 1,200 \+ points (approx.
